In my years of experience as a Career Coach, I've encountered similar situations with clients who were not happy with their jobs, no matter how financially rewarding it was. Some of them were in their careers because it was their first job; others were in their jobs because of the salary and benefits they get; and there were those who were in their jobs because of the influence of their parents. Having a successful career starts in knowing your own uniqueness and finding the perfect match.
This Career blog is meant to help you find your own uniqueness and gives you some tools you can use in establishing a fulfilling career.
Finding the right job involves several factors that come from within you and outside of you. This is what my Career Coaching does to my clients. They get the jobs they rightfully deserve by projecting a good, highly professional image from the inside-out.
My success as a Career Coach comes from both my experience as a Human Resources in Organizational Development consultant, and as a Resume Writer. My past experience in Public Relations has also equipped me in "branding", which is crucial in image projection.
