I started taking health and fitness more seriously in my thirty's. I began to eat healthier and became a gym addict. I worked out for two hours, three times a week, with a personal trainer. There I was looking all healthy on the outside, right? Yet, I was so unhealthy on the inside. Not only was I still a smoker then, but I was riddled with emotional issues.
Being healthy is more than the physical health. In fact, most illnesses are psychosomatic in nature. When the heart and mind are healthy, the body becomes naturally healthy.
This blog is about keeping the heart and mind healthy. You will find articles on managing emotions, training the mind, dealing with stress, and anything that will help you maintain the peace that your rightfully deserve.
